Deccan Goats helps customers buy healthy, vaccinated goats with clear pricing and home delivery.

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Browse available goats, choose your preferred animal, and place the order online.
• Select a delivery date based on available Saturday and Sunday delivery slots.
• Your order is confirmed after the booking amount is received successfully.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

Example: If goat price is ₹10,000 → Booking = ₹1,000 (online) • Balance = ₹9,000 + delivery fee (cash on delivery)

• 📅 Deliveries are available on Saturday and Sunday only.
• ⏰ Orders should ideally be placed at least 48 hours before the selected delivery date.
• 📍 Delivery is available only in serviceable areas shown during checkout.
• ⚖️ Ownership of the goat passes to the buyer only after full payment at delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on your address and selected delivery option.

• Customer cancellations made 3 or more days before delivery may be eligible for a refund review.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery or refusal at the doorstep may not be eligible for refund.
• If Deccan Goats cancels the order or the selected goat becomes unavailable before delivery, the booking amount is refunded in full.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• ✅ Vaccination status is clearly mentioned on each listing
• ✅ Photos and videos of the actual goat are provided
• ✅ Breed, age, weight, and colour are described as accurately as possible
